## Overview
We want you to be happy with your SyteSpace server. This page explains our refund policy and how to request a refund if needed.
## 48-Hour Refund Window
For **first-time purchases**, we offer a 48-hour refund window:
- Request within 48 hours of your first order
- Full refund, no questions asked
- Applies to your first server purchase only
## How to Request a Refund
1. Log in to [billing.sytespace.com](https://billing.sytespace.com)
2. Go to **Support** > **Open Ticket**
3. Select **Billing** as the department
4. Subject: "Refund Request"
5. Include your order number
We process refund requests within 24 hours (usually much faster).
## What Qualifies for Refunds
**Eligible:**
- First purchase within 48 hours
- Service not delivered as described
- Prolonged downtime caused by our infrastructure
**Not Eligible:**
- Repeat purchase refunds (after using first refund)
- Add-on purchases (CPU boost, backups, etc.)
- Custom/enterprise orders
- Services suspended for ToS violations
- "Changed my mind" after 48-hour window
## Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

| Credit Card | 5-10 business days |
| PayPal | 3-5 business days |
| Cryptocurrency | Not refundable (store credit offered) |
## Prorated Refunds
If you've been with us longer than 48 hours and experience significant service issues (not caused by your software), we may offer:
- Prorated refund for unused time
- Service credits toward future billing
- Free month extension
These are handled case-by-case. Open a ticket to discuss.
## Chargebacks
**Please contact us before filing a chargeback.**
Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent ban from all SyteSpace services
- Collection action for chargeback fees
We're reasonable people - just talk to us first.
